The PrimeEdge service model
Six clear stages show how the service is designed to keep participant support information organised and follow-up visible.
Participant needs, location, availability and service fit are discussed through a clear referral pathway.
A worker provides the participant’s scheduled support in line with their needs, preferences and routines.
Relevant activities, observations, progress and concerns may be recorded in the operational system.
Photos or short voice updates may be included where appropriate, authorised and operationally enabled.
Captured information can contribute to a structured daily report or approved service update.
Important concerns or required actions can be surfaced for the appropriate person to review.
Automated follow-up, verification and report-delivery steps remain subject to consent, privacy requirements, operational activation and confirmed end-to-end testing.
Reporting information
During or after a shift, workers may record practical information that helps authorised referral partners understand delivered support and identify follow-up needs.
This website does not store participant records or run shift operations. Those processes remain within PrimeEdge Aravia’s separate operational system and approved workflows.

The site architecture allows a future integration where an authorised Support Coordinator could receive approved daily reports by business email, secure individual link or another approved method.
This functionality is not currently part of the website. It depends on approved integration with PrimeEdge Aravia’s existing operational system, API or webhooks.
